Quick and easy
to install
The mechanical fitting system allows quick installation, easy maintenance and replacement of slats in case of damage.
On external facades or glazing, or in pergolas, BATTENS 50 can be installed easily and quickly by following a few simple steps.
1. Fit the bars on the wall, making sure they are parallel.
2. The fitting bars are fastened with screws and wall plugs chosen in accordance to the type of wall they are fitted on.
3. Tighten the screws securely.
4. Insert the bolts (supplied with the brackets) into the rails – the number of bolts should be the same as the number of slats you would like to install.
5. Insert the bracket into the slat.

6. Rotate the bracket.
7. Pull until the bracket is anchored in the rail.
8. Position the bracket at the same height as the fitting bar.
9. Tighten the nut. Keep the other brackets about 10 cm higher than the bar.
10. Attach the top bracket to the corresponding bolt and mount it onto the bar.
11. Tighten the nut slightly to secure the bracket in the correct position.
12. Make sure the bracket is in the correct position before tightening the nut.
13. Tighten the nut.
14. Lower the other brackets by inserting them into their respective bolts.
15. Tighten the nuts after they are correctly positioned.
16. Proceed in the same way with the rest of the slats making sure they are parallel every time.
17. Complete the structure.
